REFUNDS/RETURNS

INCORRECT SIZE/CHANGE OF MIND

We do not offer returns/refunds for change of mind or the incorrect size. This is the buyers responsibility to check the size using the size chart that is provided.

FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS

Jewellery purchased from Sunkissed Jeweller comes with a 12 month warranty. This does not cover accidental breakage and general wear and tear, such as scratched, tarnished or faded jewellery. Handmade jewellery is delicate and should be handled with care, please read our care instructions below. 

In the event that your purchase is faulty or damaged please email us [email protected] with your order number and a description/photo of the damaged jewellery. 

In most cases we will require you to return the jewellery for assessment. A replacement or store credit will be provided once the jewellery is deemed faulty.

If you purchased jewellery from a stockist, you will need to return to them with proof of purchases along with the faulty item.


JEWELLERY CARE

Our sterling silver pieces are delicate and should be handled with care. They can get wet, however chlorine will discolour your silver so please avoid chlorine. Do not attempt to bend/reshape these pieces. Use a soft cloth to give your ring a fresh polish and shine. 


PRODUCTION TIME

As soon as you have made your online order you will receive your order confirmation via email. 

Production time is 1-3 business days and commences as soon as your order is placed. For any Australian orders, shipping time is an estimated 3-5 business days via Aus Post. You will receive shipping details and tracking once your order has been posted.

International orders have an estimated 1 - 2 week delivery.
